We now have a date for our PermaPatch Community Garden Annual General Meeting and would like for you to join us on
Saturday, 28th November
in the Community Garden.
The agenda and last year's minutes will be circulated by email to all members 14 days ahead of the meeting.
We will also send you a 2016 nomination form as all current positions on the Executive Committee will be declared vacant. Please give thought to either nominating for or suggesting someone else for each of the following positions:
President Vice President
At least three Ordinary (non-executive) committee members
Completed nomination forms must be received by the Secretary one week prior to the AGM. Email to email@example.com or submitted to the Secretary in person.
As last year, the meeting will be followed by pizza lunch and socialising. Please RSVP if you plan to attend so we can cater accordingly.
